McAfee blonde?

You were recently asked to complete a McAfee Customer Satisfaction Survey. If you have already taken the survey, thank you for your participation, no other feedback is necessary. If you have not taken the survey, please take a few minutes to do so now…”

Their product worked so well, I found their email in my spam filter!! So how will they measure the effectiveness of their survey, customer satisfaction or their spam filter? If they have 100% no response - their product is perfect?
